Cute and cozy cottage of 110 m2 in the mountains overlooking the savannah of Bogota, 4 km away from Sopo and 35 km away from Bogota. Ideal for rest and fresh air. Spacious social areas and fireplaces. More than 15 000 m2 of green areas for walking. The space The cottage is located just over 30 km from Bogota (relatively close but still far enough from busy city streets to disconnect). Resting on the mountain side, the house has a nice view of the savannah of Bogota. The green areas within the property are extensive and ideal for walking. There are many flower gardens, as well as a produce garden with a variety of different fruits, vegetables, and aromatic plants. The house has a very nice Greek style architecture and was designed to allow natural light into the common areas of the house during the daytime. The steward of the property lives on the grounds full time, but has living space independent of the house we rent. The steward managers the property and is there permanently for safety. Guest access The house has three bedrooms, which can each sleep two people (the house has a maximum capacity of six persons). The bedroom located on the second floor has separate twin beds and access to a small terrace. The two bedrooms on the main floor each have queen size beds. There are two full baths in the house and both are located on the first floor (the bedroom of the second floor does not have direct access to the baths). Both bedrooms on the first floor have cable television. The guests can choose the bedrooms that they want to use. There are four common areas: a kitchen (with stove, refrigerator, and oven microwave); a dining room (seats maximum of 6 persons and with a small chimney); a coffee room (with chairs and hammock); and a living room (with sofas and a chimney). The guests will be able to use all the common areas. In the exterior of the house there is an outdoor roasting area, with a gridiron and an agreeable place to sit down outdoors.
