Have fun at this Vintage 1950's A-Frame. 1/3 acres lot great for campfires and croquet. Shared beach is just steps away. 30 minutes to Plattsburgh, 60 to Burlington. Public boat launch is 1 mile away. 2 upstairs bdrms with a double beds. The stairs/ladder are difficult for some people. Young children may not be comfortable with these stairs. The futon in the living rooms converts to a double bed as well. This is a very rustic cabin and not the Ritz Carlton. It will feel a bit like camping. The space Two small bedrooms each have double bed. The access is a steep staircase that is almost like a ladder. There is a small dining room with a table that seats 4. In the living room there is a futon and two stuffed chairs. The small covered porch seats 4. There is a full kitchen and 3/4 bath. Guest access Guests may us the whole space. Other things to note No pets and no smoking please. Owner is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Vermont. There is a shower stall but no bath tub. Please bring water shoes. Much of Lake Champlain's shoreline is rocky.
