This wonderful manor house is situated in 10 acres in the beautiful Mendip Hills, in the village of Bishop Sutton, within walking distance to the local shop and pub. The house is accessed via a spectacular private tree lined drive through the paddocks with beautiful manicured gardens to the side of the house and an indoor swimming pool at the back. Situated a 30 min drive from Bath, Bristol and the beautiful city of Wells, there is something for everyone in the area. The space Our beautiful home has 5 bedrooms which has been recently renovated. Our home has Sky TV, WIFI and is set in 10 beautiful acres of land for you to enjoy with your guests during your stay. Downstairs the house has: Large dining room with table for 12 people Formal sitting room with baby grand piano, large TV and working fireplace Kitchen with double fridge and fully stocked with all items you could need during your stay including a beautiful LaCanche range cooker, Nespresso Machine, nutribullet, microwave and double fridge freezer. The kitchen also has a table and chairs for less formal dining. Conservatory (there is a separate fridge/freezer in the conservatory) Snug room with TV and wood burning fireplace. Downstairs bathroom with shower Utility room with washing machine and dryer (iron and ironing board are also located in here). There is also a cellar in the house which is kitted out as a playroom for little ones to enjoy, we just ask that your children look after the toys as they are very much loved by ours. Upstairs the house has: Master bedroom with king size bed, full length mirror, TV and beautiful marble ensuite bathroom with bath and separate shower. (There is space to fit an extra fold out bed in this room). Large bedroom with king size bed, TV and ensuite bathroom with stand alone shower. (There is space to fit two additional fold out beds in this bedroom comfortably.) Large bedroom with king size bed, TV. Inside the house has great wifi and excellent central heating system, as well as plenty of space for everyone to enjoy during your stay. We will happily provide recommendations for things to do in the area during your stay. We can also arrange (at an additional cost) cleaners to come in during your stay should you wish, or point you to bookings for private chef's if you are looking for something a little more special one evening whilst you're enjoying our home. Guest access This is our home and we hope you enjoy it as we do. As it is our home, we will have belongings in the house and there will be some cupboards that are closed for use with our personal belongings in and we only ask that you respect this. Other things to note The farmer keeps some of their animals in the paddocks and there are horses in the stables so you may enjoy the sheep and horses in the fields on the driveway during your stay.
