Embrace the simplicity of this quiet, well-located place. We are three minutes from the shops and the ferry station. Our apartment has air conditioning, TV, ceiling fan. A breakfast kitchen with microwave, electric coffee maker, electric oven and minibar. The apartment is in our house but has an independent exit. It is on the top floor, with 16 steps to enter the apartment. Other things to note this apartment is an annex to our house. We have a common garden where we have docile animals. a dog, a tortoise and two cats.
