Authentic holiday home near the river

Slow down in this unique, rustic and soothing accommodation. The house was renovated by local craftsmen with heart and soul, using authentic and durable materials. The house is suitable for one or more families. There are no less than two living areas on the ground floor, each with a wood fire, a fully equipped kitchen, a darts room and a toilet. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, two of them with a mezzanine and two bathrooms. Other things to note The consumption of electricity, water and fuel oil are not included in the price. The meter readings are recorded by the caretaker upon arrival and departure. Bed linen must be provided by yourself. Down duvets and pillows are provided. There are two double beds of 1m80 wide. All other beds are single beds. Towels must also be provided by yourself. Our vacation home is located in a quiet village, with only a few villagers. We therefore want to maintain a good relationship with these people. As a result, we are forced to refuse large groups of friends/colleagues/bachelors and we only accept smaller groups or families.
