Newly renovated, the Round Haüs is in the center of Ephraim with spectacular, panoramic views of Eagle Harbor. It has a large balcony for sunset viewing with a great room and big windows to see the beauty of Eagle Harbor and the Bluff of Peninsula State Park. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a king size bed. There are 2 full bathrooms and a powder room. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach. The space The Round Haüs is tucked into an historic property in the heart of Ephraim. The upstairs has a great room with a well appointed kitchen and table to seat 8. A comfortable seating area with a sectional sofa and chairs for conversing and viewing. There is also a TV area with a smart TV. There are 3 full bedrooms, each with king sized beds. Two bedrooms are upstairs. The primary bedroom has a full bath. There is a 1/2 bath next to the secondary bedroom upstairs. The 3rd bedroom is downstairs with a full bathroom next door. Downstairs also has a smart TV, a huge comfortable couch and a puzzle or game table. A washer and dryer are available for guests to use. There are 2 outside parking spots in front of the house and 1 space in the garage for parking or for bike and kayak/paddle board storage. Please contact us through the app for specific questions. Guest access Guests will have access to all of the Round Haüs . There is a small garden area to the south of the home that is shared. This historic property has 4 buildings on the site. Pearl Wine Cottage, a small, wine focused, seasonal bar is in operation May-October. The "Big House" was home to The Hanseatic Art Gallery for 50 years. It is currently the office for Pearl and has an apartment for seasonal workers. Other things to note The house is in the center of the Historic District in Ephraim. During the summer it is a hub of activity during the day and it quiets down at night. No parties or events are allowed. We are located in the center of the Village, in very close proximity to our neighbors. We ask our guests to adhere to the Village quiet hours of 10:00pm-8:00am Because this is a property with many things going on: a restaurant, a hotel next door, people watching sunsets on the bay, expect a sometimes bustling atmosphere. Pearl employees park behind the big house and deliveries for the restaurant are made on Thursdays and Fridays. The restaurant closes at 9:00pm and we are cleaned up and out by 10:00pm.
