Guests are responsible for bringing their own linens, towels, & blankets. Pillows are provided. Lawn & distant views of the White Mountains from indoor & outdoor areas, full kitchen w/new granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, washer & dryer in unit, 1 full shared bathroom that may be private or shared, living room & dining area that may be private or shared, flatscreen cable TV & high-speed Wi-Fi. Unit includes shared outdoor seating & grill. Propane tank for grill provided. Propane itself can be provided for additional cost, or you can buy it yourself at local supplier. Private outdoor deck/patio w/seating & common area, shared outdoor lawn. Sauna & hot tub are NOT included in the price and you must inquire about their availability & additional fee upon booking request. Firepit available for additional fee. Early checkin and late checkout could be added based on availability & an additional fee. 1 off-street parking spot included per room. We allow pets for a one-time pet fee of $35 for the first pet, $20 for any additional pets. We can host a maximum of 3 pets. Reservations under 7 nights may be subject to additional fee.
