Our Beachside Retreat is only five minutes walk through a beautiful Native Reserve to the Best Beach in the World. Nestled in a quiet part of Newport this amazing property lends itself to pure relaxation and tranquility. Enjoy our Peaceful Piece of Paradise!!Newport Luxury is independent accommodation within a large building. There are no shared areas in the building. Our neighborhood is very quiet, be respectful. Loud music, swearing, lewd behaviour will lead to immediate termination of stay. The space The apartment is 1 of 2 apartments in a large building. It is totally independent living and has a large covered deck with a BBQ. There are 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed. a dedicated work space and French doors that open to a covered balcony with views to the ocean. It's has been decorated by a design team Bedroom 2 has a double bed and is decorated very tastefully. Bedroom 3 has a single bed and a second roll out bed can be set up/ accommodated if required. It has accesses to the lounge room and the covered deck above the pool. Lounge room has a modular feather topped sofa with a chaise attached. A 42 inch TV and side tables and coffee tables complete the area. Dining area has a 120 cm diameter glass table that can accomodate 6 chairs around it but we have put only 4 chairs to keep the space looking open and inviting. Kitchen is very well equipped with a fridge, washing machine, dryer. microwave, coffee nachine, toaster, kettle, oven, burners, stick blender and all utensils to make a gourmet meal. Outdoors Area has 3 pods of seating. A large barbecue and a 6 seater outdoor table. Most of thr outdoor area is under a covered deck. There is a beautiful hand stacked sandstone fireplace ( ornamental) with a peacock mirror above it in the heart of the outdoor area. Pool area has timber benches and sunlounges and a large shade umbrella. Guest access The lower part of the house is your stay apartment. The covered deck, the BBQ area, the pool precinct Other things to note We use a Sound monitoring equipment/app, with a phone call service to advise guests if they are being loud. If you are called twice to advise you to lower the noise, another recurrance will lead to immediate termination of stay. Registration details PID-STRA-63739
