Cozy up with a good book, or escape away to answer a few work emails in the peaceful sunlit den. Guests can prepare a yummy meal in the newly updated well-stocked kitchen. Complimentary fresh coffee is provided for guests at the coffee station. Or take it outdoors to grill some burgers while enjoying a cold beverage and a game of cornhole on the patio. When you are ready to "hit the hay" you can crawl into one of 5 beds spread across 4 bedrooms. There are 2 queen bedrooms on the main floor. Upstairs you'll find 2 spacious bedrooms (1 king bed, 2 twin beds) as well as a seating area with a "get ready station" to allow larger groups plenty of space to get ready for some fun out on the town! Things to Note: •This home has stairs at both entry points. •There is only one bathroom. •Children are always welcome, but please be aware that this is an older home that has not been child proofed. •There is a parking space for one vehicle next to the garage, as well as free street parking available. •This home does have a few air freshening diffusers. Feel free to unplug if sensitive to smells. Guest access Guests are free to enjoy the entire home with the exception of the locked supply cabinets and locked basement storage room. Other things to note We love hosting guests in our home, but we ask that you respect it as if it were your own. We kindly ask no shoes be worn in the house, no pets, and to please take care with the furniture/linens, use coasters, etc. House Rules •Please be respectful of noise levels. Per the City Noise Ordinance, outdoor quiet hours are to be followed from 10pm-7am. •The number of guests should not exceed the reservation limit of 8. Non compliance will result in a $75 fee per person per night over the max occupancy. •Strictly no parties allowed. Hosting party events and engaging in irresponsible behavior is discouraged, and non-compliance may result in termination of reservation and/or substantial penalty fee. •Smoking is prohibited anywhere inside the home to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all future guests. Any violation of this rule will result in an additional smoke odor cleaning/removal fee of $500. •This is a pet free home. Any violation of this rule will result in an $250 fee. Breach of any house rules will result in a forfeiture of rights, and your booking may be canceled without delay. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to our house rules.
