This stylish townhouse is a place to stay, located in a family friendly area! With lots of good things around to offer. A few mins away from a few parks, leisure centre, lots of shops and restaurants. The house itself has got a lot to offer. A good size private bedroom + huge kitchen and living room + huge bathroom. 2mins away from a bus stop. Easy access:10 mins away from Melbourne airport, Essendon DFO and train station. Flemington race course, 20 mins away from CBD The space Private Room(s) in a Spacious Townhouse – 4 Bedrooms/3 Bathrooms The room is located in the second floor with a private attached bathroom. The master bedroom, where I live, is also on the second floor. I have my own private ensuite, so you’ll have your space. On the first floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, including a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, soda water maker, sandwich maker, plenty of spices, and all the cooking utensils you can think of. I also have a large fridge, and you’re welcome to a dedicated section for your groceries. About me: I’m a professional working 9 to 5 during the week, and between work and my activities, I’m often out and about, so you’ll hardly see me. That said, when I’m at home, I am always happy to have a chat! I love outdoor activities like hiking, surfing, and sightseeing. If you’re new to the city, I’d be happy to share my list of favorite spots with you! I want you to feel right at home! I’ve put a lot of effort into designing and furnishing the space, and I hope you’ll have a great experience staying with me. Other things to note The rooms are located upstairs, which maybe not convenient for people with mobility issues. There is a security camera located on top of the porch which monitors the front yard and the entrance of the home.
