The studio comes fully equipped with a kitchen, along with a large pool deck and garden area which you will share with our family in a private and quiet setting. Add that plus an on-site complimentary laundry, outdoor shower, your own driveway and private parking area within the fully fenced property, we offer a unique and great value for your next getaway. Our oasis awaits... The space Single family home with one pool-side studio guest suite located on the outskirts of Oranjestad in the Ponton neighborhood with its own driveway and parking. Ideally located near major roadways, supermarkets and restaurants. The nearest beach is only 2-3 minutes drive with quick access to major tourist areas in 10 minutes or less. The guest suite is located at the back of the property at the pool deck area and is accessible via its own driveway, while our family lives in the main house. The apartment and garden area has been improved as of November 2024, more details to be provided shortly. Guest access You will have your own suite and private bathroom which has hot water for the shower, as well as a private parking within the property via the driveway. Please note that apart from the suite itself, you will be sharing the property with our family. Other things to note Pool service is done on Mondays and Thursdays between approximately 7.30am to 10.00am, and the service takes on average +/- 15 minutes. Every Friday there is a cleaning lady around the premises and she will be using the laundry room between 8.00am to 1.00pm.
