The name on your ID must match the name on your reservation. Utility Allowance The monthly rate includes a $350 utility allowance, which covers gas/electric, water, and Wi-Fi. We’ve found that most guests stay below this amount, but if usage does go over, we’ll share copies of the bills and send a payment request through Airbnb for the difference. Guests with pets We’re happy to host pets and love making them feel at home too. There’s a $150 pet cleaning fee, and we’ll send the payment request on the day of your check-in. We do ask that pets not go on the back deck to help keep things clean and safe.
