1 single bed, shared bathroom This well-maintained, traditional house is located in a popular part of Liverpool, only a few steps from Smithdown Road with frequent bus services into Liverpool City Centre, 2.9 miles away. The property is within a few minutes walk of Penny Lane, numerous parks, shops, bars, and eateries. Street parking is available outside. I am a relaxed, friendly host with only a few rules to be respected. Guests are welcome to use the bathroom and backyard. Guest access Access to the single bedroom, upstairs, and downstairs bathroom, in addition to the kitchen, and the backyard. During your stay I will give my phone number out to guests, and will be on hand if you need to contact me at any time. Other things to note No food is to be taken upstairs at any point. Guests can come, and go as they please but please be mindful of people asleep when returning home late at night.
