We’re just a short drive to Sand Harbor—one of Tahoe’s most stunning beaches, known for its crystal-clear water and smooth granite boulders. For guests interested in even more seclusion, ask us about access to Incline Village private beaches. Winter visitors will love the easy access to world-class ski resorts: Diamond Peak is only 15 minutes away, Northstar is about 20 minutes, and Palisades Tahoe is around 30 minutes (all times are approximate with no traffic). Whether you’re here for outdoor fun or pure relaxation, our cabin is the perfect year-round mountain escape. Guest access There are lots of public parks and beaches around Inclined Village. At the moment, public beaches are only available to residents with IVGID photo ID. Some of the popular public beaches are: - Sand Harbor Beach- 7.4 miles - Kinds beach- 5.8 miles - Hidden Beach- 5.5 miles - and a possible access to Incline Village private beaches ( please inquire for details) Guest can use all the spaces within the house except for garage and hot tub. Hot tub is not part of the airbnb listing. If you want to use the hot tub, please let us know and there is a supplement fee of $100 for the additional service. If you use the hot tub without our permission, the charge is $150.
