Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Dene Cottage is located in a peaceful village with three eateries and a well stocked village shop within walking distance. There are two en-suite double bedrooms, a large open plan lounge area to relax and a fully equipped modern kitchen. A beautiful outside space, with a large patio and garden area where you can eat/drink and take in the sea views after a quick dip in the hot tub after a long day at the nearby beaches or Exmoor. The space This is a light airy basement flat. There are two double en-suite bedrooms with a 30ft open living space. The property benefits from underfloor heating. There is an outside terrace and level garden with sea views. Guest access The garden and terrace area are for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. The hot tub will be switched on and is included in the price. If you DO NOT require the tub, the nightly fee will be reduced by £25/night. Just advise when booking please. Other things to note Depending on the type of break you are looking for, there are lots of beaches within a short drive. Watermouth harbour is within walking distance which is really pretty with ‘Storm in a teacup’ which offers breakfast, light lunches, etc. The Sawmills pub at the bottom of the village is lovely for just a drink, breakfast, lunch or supper. There is also the Sandy Cove Hotel which has a spa, bar and restaurant. Please do ask if you would like any further recommendations.
