Tucked away in the magnificent Kielder Water and Forest Park, there are plenty of tracks, trails and lakes to explore close to home. The perfect abode for keen adventurers, this home sleeps six across three bedrooms and is great for families, with the twin bedroom being the perfect place for little ones to enjoy fun-filled sleepovers. Spend days in the great outdoors with your dogs before returning home for sundowner evenings in the lovely, landscaped garden. The space Step inside the welcoming hallway, past the handy shoe cupboard, and head into the bright lounge to snuggle up in front of the wood burner whilst you watch TV or play games. Rustle up delicious meals in the open-plan kitchen/diner, a great place to spend sociable evenings or lazy mornings with a mug of coffee from the machine. The slow cooker and air fryer are a welcome addition and means you can come back home to hearty, flavoursome meals after long days outside. Dine at the table by the second wood burner and pop open a bottle to toast your day. For easy al fresco meals, fire up the BBQ and plate up in the landscaped garden (take care on steps between levels) with a backdrop of lush woodland. When it’s time to rest up and rejuvenate before tomorrow’s plans, head to the first floor where pretty bedrooms await tired heads. The master bedroom is treated to an en-suite bathroom whilst the king-size and twin bedrooms share the family bathroom. There is parking for one car opposite the house and free parking in the school car park, or along the road. Sitting in an International Dark Sky Park, a night-time visit to the Kielder Observatory (2.5 miles) to see the Milky Way is a must and is a wonderful activity for guests of all ages. During the day, explore the park and begin by setting off to Kielder Castle (less than a mile) to plan your route or to hire bikes. Treat yourselves to meals out in the bustling town of Bellingham (18 miles) or visit the golf course before discovering some local waterfalls.
