This place of about 90m2 is peaceful and offers a relaxing stay for all guests. Located on the ground floor, under the roof for an authentic charm, it is fully furnished, bright and can accommodate up to 6 people. The space Apartment in a chalet built in 2023 comprising 4 apartments, La Cordée is about 90 m2/T3 – a living room comprising a fully equipped open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms (Italian) and 2 toilets, all on the ground floor of the chalet. The master bedroom includes multiple storage (shelves, wardrobe) and a private bathroom (2 sinks and an Italian shower) The bed can be made into 1 large bed (160/200) or 2 small beds (80/200) The small bedroom has a small desk and the beds can also be made into 1 large bed (160/200) or 2 small beds (80/200) The apartment has another shower room with toilet and a separate toilet. Two terraces are present, a small one, facing north with views of the hamlets of Brides-les-Bains, and a larger terrace, about 15 m2 with table and chairs facing east (sun in the morning until about noon depending on the period) Air conditioning possible only during high heat (above 25 degrees and adjusted by us to avoid abuse) Outside the winter season (from 12/15 to 04/15) and summer season (from 07/05 to 08/31), sheets, towels and linens are extra (€10 for the towel kit per person, €20 for the sheet kit, 2 single beds, 1 double bed or those for the sofa bed, €5 for the dish towel kit) Other things to note Additional services are offered within the chalet such as the care of your child, raclette/fondue machine rental (rate on request and availability) 1 Dog accepted under conditions, mention his presence when booking, do not leave him alone in the apartment, supplement of €5/day per pet, to be mentioned when booking NO CATS Please mention the total number of guests, especially if more than 4 people, an additional charge from the 4th guest is applied in the amount of €10/night/person In the case of a reservation for 2 people, the beds will be made to choose from: - Either in 1 queen bed - Either 2 twin beds if you want us to rent the sofa bed or bed room to make a room apart from an extra €20 will be asked for the extra sheets. (Same if 4 people and want sofa beds) Visiting people outside the chalet prohibited, or please let us know so that we can be informed (no visitor parking, no party, respect for other tenants and your reservation especially on the number of guests because surcharge)
