Pool is open from 8am until 9pm everyday. Swimming pool pass costs PHP 150 per person per day (PHP 300 on Holidays). Kindly inform us beforehand so that we can make necessary preparations and secure passes for you. *Swimming pool rules and regulations shall be strictly followed by the guest. *1 swimming pool pass per day. Other things to note *Infants and children are considered as a guest here at SMDC if you are staying with one. Please send us a message. * Please strictly observe the number of guests allowed and declared upon booking this unit to ensure seamless experience before, during, and after check in until departure. For the comfort and safety of all guests, our unit has a maximum capacity of 4 individuals. Any undisclosed individuals or sneak-ins, are strictly prohibited and may result in penalties. Feel free to reach out to the host for assistance and clarification. *Kindly bring a valid ID for presentation at the lobby/reception area. *For security reasons related to the building, guests and unit owners may have their photo taken at the reception area after logging in. * Cooking is not permitted to prevent any fire alarms from being triggered. However, guests are welcome to order delivery and reheat meals using the microwave and other kitchen utensil such as rice cooker and electric kettle. * Clean as you go . You may collect your garbage bag and throw it into the bin provided inside the garbage room located next to the elevator. Please note that the accommodation is to be tidy and all cutlery, crockery, kitchenware must be washed upon Check-Out. A fee will be charged if additional cleaning is required. * Wind Residences is a smoke-free zone. We kindly ask that you refrain from smoking during your stay. * Strictly NO PETS allowed. * Our caretaker will assist you during check-in and conduct a unit inspection upon your departure. Any damages that occur during your stay will be promptly reported to the unit owner for review, and valid cases may result in penalties or compensation. *Security Deposit amounting Php 1,000 should be collected .The security deposit will be refunded to you upon check-out, as long as there are no damages, issues, or missing items found in the unit. *Regrettably, we cannot store any bags before or after check-in/out time. Please adhere to the scheduled check-in/check-out to allow us sufficient time to prepare the unit for the next guests. *For guests checking in late between 6:00PM and 10:00PM, a fee of P200 will be charged to cover the transportation costs of our caretaker/s. ***𝙍𝙚𝙗𝙤𝙤𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙤𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙮 **** -Rebooking only allowed one time per reservation. -Free rebooking if 8days or more before your check-in date. - Rebooking -Penalty of 50% per night applies for rebooking of 7 days below of check-in date -Rebooking NOT allowed if less than 7 days before your check-in date.
