Other things to note The complex has a strict no pet and no smoking policy except in dedicated smoking areas. If guests bring a pet or smoke on the balcony they will be asked to leave without a refund. There is a $40 dollar resort fee that is charged by the complex and will grant you access to the covered parking under the building and use of the resort amenities like pools, hot tubs, gym and tennis court. Starter supplies of TP, Paper Towels, Coffee and Trash Bags are provided meant to last 2-3 days. Guests will need to purchase additional supplies if more of these items are needed.
