The property has 3 rooms, all equipped with air conditioning, Smart TV, with its private bathroom and hot water shower. The main room has a Queen bed, room 2 and 3 have a double bed, and if necessary, for large groups we offer an additional double inflatable mattress that can be installed in the living room, for added comfort. The house accommodates 6 people and a dining room for 8, ideal for group enjoyment. The common area is equipped with 2 air conditioners , Smart TV and high speed Wi-Fi (200MB) free, with repeater on the second floor for total coverage, also a work area with a desk and an office chair. Outside, you'll have access to a parking lot: * Inside the property (open, no gate). The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential appliances and is limited to the correct and responsible use of each one, so you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It has a refrigerator, a gas stove, a microwave, a coffee maker, a blender, a toaster, a dishwasher and a gas barbecue (no coal). In addition, we have a washer and dryer inside the accommodation. At your disposal (at an additional cost through the App), it is ideal for long stays, or for those who want greater comfort during their visit. Our house is located very close to the Historic Center of San Salvador, one of the areas with the most cultural and architectural value in the country. It's perfect for those who want to explore museums, colonial churches, traditional markets, and discover the living history of El Salvador. The neighborhood is an authentic area, dynamic with movement, and with a lot of daily life. It is not a luxurious or exclusive area, but it is safe, practical and functional, with public transportation and shops nearby. Here you can live with locals in a real environment full of Salvadoran life. If you value the traditional, the proximity to the main historical sites this house is for you. Security is guaranteed with 5 exterior video surveillance cameras, monitored 24/7, located 1 towards the main entrance and the others at various strategic points, all are off the property. In addition, the area has private security guards inside the residential area. Guest access Guests must enter the Residential complex and access the entire property using a lockbox where the keys are located. The access code will be sent by 4:00 PM, your check-in time (due to security policy, it will not be sent before the established time). Other things to note *HOUSE RULES* We want to make sure your stay is pleasant and that our home is kept in optimal condition. Please follow these rules: 1. TAKE CARE OF THE PROPERTY *Treat our home as you would like yours to be treated. This reflects your education and respect for others and private property. 2. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES *Respect the set check-in and check-out times, in consideration of the cleaning staff, and the entry of other guests. 3. ADDITIONAL GUESTS *After the second guest, a fee will apply of $10.00 per person per night. *Guest counting is done through video surveillance cameras located outside the property and at the main entrance. 👀 4. NO SMOKING OR ELECTRONIC CIGARETTE USE *Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. *Penalty: US$350.00, plus US$100.00 for deep cleaning due to bad odors. 5. NO ANIMALS ALLOWED *Pets of any kind or size are not allowed. *Penalty: US$75.00 per pet per day, plus US$100.00 for deep cleaning, (For bad smells or pet hair). 6. DO NOT EAT INSIDE THE ROOMS *This is to avoid stains on white sheets and towels, furniture, and walls. 7. RESPONSIBLE USE OF ELECTRICITY *Turn off air conditioners, lights and appliances, (When leaving). 8. NO UNAUTHORIZED PARTIES OR EVENTS *Parties or events are not allowed. *Penalty: US$350.00. 9. LOUD MUSIC No loud music after 10:00 PM, out of respect for the neighbors' privacy. *Penalty: US$100.00. 10. CARE FOR TOWELS AND BEDDING *Avoid stains that are difficult to clean, such as makeup, hair dyes, intimate lubricants, blood, shoe marks, oils, etc. * If they are damaged or irreparably stained, you will be charged the replacement value. 11. LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES OR MISSING ITEMS *You will be liable for any damage, missing item, or loss of inventory caused to the rental property by you or any of your companions. 12. LATE CHECK-OUT *If check-out is after 11:00 AM, US$50.00 will be charged for each additional half hour, (this charge is made for the expense involved, calling in more cleaning people, and having the house ready in time for the next guest.
