Our staycation spot is Trees Residences Tower 17 , Quirino Highway Novaliches Quezon city near SM Fairview, Ayala Terraces, and Robinson Galleria Inclusion: - 2 bedroom with queen size bed and double deck bed complete mattress, linens, huge closet with working table. - Fully air conditioned rooms. - Complete kitchen appliances, including 2 burner induction cooker,range hood,refrigerator, microwave oven ,rice maker and water heater with free to use condiments and purified water. - 200mbps wifi speed - SMART TV Equipped with NETFLIX, DISNEY + and Youtube. -Karaoke Bluetooth speaker with mic, -Board Games ( Snake&Ladders, UNO, Monopoly, Chess,Jenga Blocks,Scrabble, Guess Who,Wooden Face Changing Rubik’s. - 4 chair dining table with complete utensils - Bathroom area, shower head, water heater, Hair blower, Automatic washing machine. - Including free toiletries (shampoo,body wash) dental kit, bath towels. Freebies - infant from 3yrs below is free of charge (as additional heads) NOTE: A bond fee of ₱1,000 before key handover. EXCLUSIONS: - SMOKING is not allowed inside the Trees premises. - Any kind of PET is not allowed. -POOL ACCESS ( available for purchase at Trees Admin, pre-advice purchase of pool tickets is required) advice us in advance if you want to use the pool so we can purchase before the day of your check-in. POOL FEES as follows: ₱ 150 per day during regular days ₱ 300 per day during holidays -PARKING ( paid parking near gate entrance or we can look daily paid parking from homeowners). Normal rate between ₱200-300 overnight on a first come, first-served basis We accept advance bookings for this month! Reserved your preferred dates, and we’re ready to host you. Guest access Enjoy access to the swimming pool during your stay: -₱150-200head on regular days -₱300/head on holidays NOTE: For Sunday and holidays check-ins coordinate beforehand as the Admin office is close on weekends and holidays. Kindly inform us is advance of your intention to use the pools and ensure pool passes beforehand. On-site and outside parking is available with starting rate ₱300/ overnight on a first - come , first-served basis Transportation option: ride-booking apps, jeepneys, buses, taxis and more Other things to note Accommodating up to 5 guests and no extra cost! For bookings with 7 guests a nominal ₱500 applies We encourage a “Clean As You Go” policy , kindly wash all utensils used, and dispose of garbage properly in the garbage room outside the fire exit before you leave.
