Need daily transport in the area for groceries and other trips? We got you covered. Although at an additional cost but we are open to negotiate a deal for you since you already are staying with us. For stays longer than 21 days, cleaning fees are waived which is another saving for you. And we give the highest utility bill allowance in the area before being charged extra. We offer 10,000 pesos utility bill allowance. (others charge after exceeding 2,500 pesos). So no need to worry about unexpected charges. Bathroom supplies and cleaning supplies are provided only for short stays (<7 days).
