Large classic 4 bedroom villa with heated pool, jacuzzi, billiards, darts, projector with giant screen, gas fire, garden and gas barbecue! The space The "VIP Villa" is a spacious classic-style villa located in a green setting for 8 people (adults/children) with a large swimming pool, a 5-seater jacuzzi and massage jets, giant screen cinema projection (USB & HDMI ports), a spa bath, a pool table, a dartboard, a large gas fire, a beautiful garden with barbecue and outdoor furniture (spring/summer) located in Belgium (Welkenraedt). Possibility of booking for meetings, seminars, etc. Open 7 days a week Guest access You have access to the whole rental part of the Villa. Other things to note Reserved only for moments of well-being, we therefore do not accept festive groups (bachelorette/bachelor parties, dance parties, etc.) in order to best respect the place and the surrounding area. A rental guarantee is provided by Airbnb. In the event of damage and/or disrespect of the premises, a file will be opened and the costs related to the damage caused will be claimed from you.
