Forget your worries in this spacious and quiet place. For the third guest, you must request the extra bed right after making the reservation. The space The apartment is on the second floor of the townhouse, where the lower part is an office and ceramic studio, with access from inside the studio via 3 small flights of stairs with 5, 6 and 6 steps each, all in granite, where you come across a semi-loft, with a gourmet kitchen, dining room, billiard room and TV room, all integrated, very well decorated and cozy. All rooms are for the common use of guests. Guest access The guest has access to the kitchen, TV room, dining room and pool table, as well as the reading corner. Other things to note The location is best for those who have a car or are aware that they will need to get around with an app car. We have a free covered garage for guests. For the third guest, you have to request the extra bed in advance.
