Serene Room - Buenos Aires

My house is a typical Buenos Aires chorizo house, it has two side patios with plants, with tables to share a delicious meal or sit and read in the sun. I rent 4 very comfortable rooms. It's a quiet and peaceful place in the middle of the city. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. The house is close to the subway and many bus lines pass through the area. It is a residential neighborhood of low houses and is very well located. The space You'll find a house with special architecture typical of Buenos Aires houses from the 1920s. Its courtyards full of plants make it an oasis in the middle of the city. Keep in mind that to access the rooms you have to go up 1 floor by stairs. Guest access The common areas are the kitchen, bathroom, patios, and entrance hall with armchairs. During your stay I have my workshop and work office at home, I work there several days. I live in the house, I'm available most of the time to help with anything you need. Other things to note In Casa Abundancia I live with Mollo and Tita, my two cats who are very affectionate. It's a spacious house with many rooms. Due to the architecture of the chorizo houses, to go from the bedroom to the kitchen and bathrooms, you must go through the patios. For rainy days, I'll provide you with an umbrella to keep you from getting wet.
