Whilst completely independent of our house (separate access and a small private patio) the French doors do look across the garden to our cottage. Superbly situated for walkers, cyclists and exploring the highlights of the area - beautiful villages, wineries, historic houses & gardens, or simply for a break. Easily accessible for Brighton, the south coast and trips to London. The space A calming and contemporary guest house. Main house is on the left and the annexe is immediately ahead with 3 full length windows to the front. The front door is on the right hand side of the annexe. Other things to note Our wastewater is recycled and the system is sensitive to chemicals. Therefore we ask you not to put any nasties down the toilet or sink.
