Walking distance to Uptown whittier, steps away from Whittier College! The cottage offers a beautiful nature experience as the private room is surrounded by trees and gorgeous views of Whittier topography. Also included is a starlight show with picture perfect view of Downtown LA. There is FREE parking in a well lit and safe area, parking will not be an issue here. Guest access Your private room has a deck area is right outside your room and while your a guest free to use. Sit outside with coffee in the morning , enjoy your lunch break and also have a happy hour cocktail while you watch the sunset. We ask that you only use this deck area and your private room while staying with us . Please avoid using all other parts of the backyard or home. Other things to note This is our family home and believe in warm hospitality as well as being respectful neighbors. Our neighborhood is tranquil , private and quaint. We hope you appreciate and love our space as much as we do while honoring our neighborhood and neighbors with kindness and warm smiles. Also, the studio is private from our home , therefore the entrance is separate and since we live on a hill there are stairs going downward and are fairly steep. Please be aware that guests must be able to walk up and down stairs to access room. Also the studio as mentioned before has loft sleeping for the main bed , it is very cozy and even though it is spacious , there is a need to be cautious because ceiling is low in that area .
