OUR LOCATION Our place is at the city center, Near UST Hospital and Petron along F Aquende Drive or formely known as Washington Drive, 50 to 60 meters or 2 to 3 minutes walk away from main road. - 5 minutes drive away from Legazpi City Bus Terminal which is in front of SM. - 18 to 20 minutes drive from Bicol International Airport. You may avail of airport transport service (located beside arrival exit doors) to our place. We will be sending a map link to our place which you can show to the driver. EXTRA BED & TOILETRIES There is no space for extra beds. Room is good for max 10 pax only. We try to give you our lowest rates possible, so please bring your own toiletries. You can buy your toiletries and other necessities in a nearby minimart 2 to 3 mins walk away. We will be providing individual towels. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT Check In Time 2pm - Check out at 12 noon Early check-in is allowed if no prior guest is checking out as well as late check-out if there is no incoming guest. We will just be charging for the extra hours at a prorated per hour rate. Please message us if you intend to check-in early or check-out late. PET FEES Kindly include in your booking if you are bringing pets. Such will charge you only P200 regardless on the number of pets. We will be requiring a refundable cash deposit of P500 upon check in. Such amount will be refunded to you upon check out if the unit is vacated clear and free of pet poops and pees. We prefer pets to be in diapers during your whole stay. Otherwise, pets are not allowed on the beds. Pets are not to be left alone inside the rooms unless inside a cage.
