Hope you like here and enjoy your journey! The space There are 3 guest rooms, restroom and 1 bathroom with bathtub and shower. Each guest room has own smartlock to secure your property and stay. The Guest will have entire space of 2nd and 3rd floor. There are dedicated bathroom and rest room for only guests. 100% private. --- Guest Rooms --- Guest room 1(13㎡) has 2 single beds, sofa, table, TV(43inc) and large closet. Guest room 2(9㎡) has 1 single bed, 1 sofa bed, table and TV(43inc). Japanese Guest room (13㎡) has 2 Japanese Futon bed, large table called Kotatsu, and TV(43inc). --- Amenity Room --- The Amenity Room(11㎡) is also large like guest room, it equipped refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, and some coffee sets. Washing machine is free to use with free washing detergent for your long stay :) Washstand and bathroom is also implemented in this room. ✔︎Fridge (100% NO SOUND! It is installed Japanese toilet called washlet. Please enjoy ✔︎Shower Toilet (Pls try Japanese toilet:) Guest access The Guest will have entire space of 2nd and 3rd floor (about 60㎡ in total). There are 3 guest rooms, dedicated bathroom and rest room for only guests. 100% private. The 1st floor is for owner's room, so guests are not allowed to enter. The entrance is same, and the owner and guests are shared it. Entrance door is operated by smartlock and automatically locks within 30sec. Do not use chain lock since owners and house keepers need to enter. Each guest room has individual smart lock for secure your property and stay. Other things to note ✔︎ NO SMOKING, it is not allowed to smoke entire building. There are some public smoking places nearby outside. If you smoke, fine will be charged as extra fee. ✔︎ NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS allowed to stay. Ask host for adding additional guest in advance, otherwise fine will be charged as extra fee (10,000 JPY each person each stay). This building is shared by owner, unregistered guest is prohibited for security and safety. ✔︎ NO PET allowed, but please ask for guide/service/assistance dogs. ✔︎ NO PARTIES or EVENTS, do not make loud noise especially at night, the house is located in middle of calm residential area. We are sharing community. ✔︎ REMOVE YOUR SHOES in side the building, the building is traditional Japanese house and must remove your shoes as entrance to keep inside clean. ✔︎ There are NO KITCHEN, while there got fridge, electric kettle, glasses & mags for small meal. ✔︎ There is NO ELEVATOR. The Guest rooms are located at 2nd and 3rd floors, so you need to go up stairs with around 12 steps. ✔︎ The main entrance is shared with owner, you can freely enter with your individual key for smartlock. ✔︎ Check-out before 11:00 AM, Check-in after 4:00 PM. Please ask if you need early Check-in or late Check-out. We need time to clean and setup but we might adjust the time. Additionally luggage drop off is acceptable. ✔︎ Luggage drop off is acceptable before/after the stay, we are able to keep guest's luggage inside of the entrance.
