The host may occasionally be staying on site, but all bedrooms remain completely private and secure. Guests share a modern upstairs bathroom with bath, shower and toilet, plus an additional downstairs WC. The comfortable front living room provides a relaxed space to unwind, with books available for you to enjoy during your stay. The fully equipped kitchen is designed for easy everyday living and includes a washing machine, dryer, fridge, freezer, cooker, toaster, cookware and full sets of plates and cutlery. Each guest is provided with their own numbered cupboard space for food storage, helping keep the kitchen organised. Laundry facilities are free to use, with detergent and clear instructions provided. Outside, there is a private enclosed garden with table and chairs — perfect for fresh air and quiet downtime. To maintain a clean and comfortable home for everyone, smoking is permitted outdoors only, and we kindly ask that shoes are not worn indoors or upstairs. We kindly ask all guests to clean up after themselves, as cleanliness is taken very seriously here. The host is not always on site and is often away for work.
