Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place for families of 6 people with a garage, exclusive pool, DirecTV, Wifi, grill, disco, two bedrooms, kitchen with oven, refrigerator, electric kettle and all the necessary utensils for your stay!!! We are in Villa Parque Siquiman, 30 meters from the highway, next to Bialet Massé, a short walk from Carlos Paz and Cosquín. It is fresh, bright, has a large plot of land and a large terrace to enjoy an incredible landscape!!! The space The house is on a large mountain plot, with slopes. The garage (without openings) is accessed from the street, and a staircase takes you to the terrace, which is completely fenced with 70cm high bars that occupy the entire front and side of the house, an ideal space to take out the two lounge chairs we have, at sunrise and sunset. There is the entrance door, and a door in the fence that leads to the pool and another directly to the other side. At the entrance you access the large area that is the living room, dining room, and kitchen. There you will find a wood stove, the TV, and a sofa bed; continuing, a large field table with 8 upholstered chairs, and attached to it, the fully equipped kitchen area (complete dishes, electric kettle, pots and pans with signs of use, logically). To the left, the laundry area with a large sink and the refrigerator. From there you go out to the patio, which has a good flat space where you can put a plastic table with its chairs (which are in the house), in front of the barbecue. It has a grill, elements and a disc to enjoy good mountain barbecues! From the dining room, a hallway leads to the bathroom, with a bidet and shower. And to the two bedrooms. We do not have bed linen or towels. We do offer tablecloths and dishcloths. The bedroom with a double bed faces the front, has a large closet and two bedside tables with lamps, a ceiling fan and a huge window that allows you to enjoy a unique landscape from bed! The other bedroom has a full bed and a single bunk bed. We also have some extra mattresses that can be used. There is also a closet full of blankets and pillows for all beds, and a large opening as well, which leads to the patio, near the barbecue. From the patio and the terrace, you can access the pool (approximately 1.40 meters deep), which has a thermal tile solarium. From the side window of the dining room you have a full view of it. The pool is periodically serviced by a pool attendant. Our guests are asked NOT TO ADD WATER, although they can use the leaf extractor if necessary. It is located in mountain terrain: this indicates that typical insects may appear. You can also see agoutis and foxes walking around the grounds at night. Logically, we ask you to take care of the wildlife. Also, be very careful with water usage by making rational use of it. And of course, be very careful when using the barbecue so as not to cause fires. Make sure you have the hose or bucket with water on hand, just in case, and when you're done, put the fire out well. As we said, the house has large windows. In our beloved mountains there are usually beautiful breezes and winds, so it is essential to tie the shutters when opening them (you will be charged for any damage caused to them). Finally, we'll tell you that it's a simple house, with little and simple furniture to leave room for enjoying the house. It has been in the family for over 30 years. The love we have for it is very strong, and that is why we maintain that it is a magical and healing place, where God shows himself in all of nature in a unique way in its sunrises and sunsets (which until recently were full, but the brand new construction is limiting them a bit). Don't expect luxuries, shiny pots, or all dishes to be the same... we don't offer that. We offer a house to rest, relax, connect with yourself and with nature, to play as a family, to enjoy the pool, to go for a walk... how beautiful!!
