Stocked barware and coffee station. The family room includes a fireplace and Smart TV (Roku and other free apps installed, bring your own favorite paid streaming channel). Each of the three second-floor bedrooms has queen-sized beds with memory foam mattresses and their own Smart TV mounted on the wall. Each bathroom has been completely remodeled with tile floors. Two bathrooms with full shower and glass door enclosures. The third bath has a combined tub/shower. The third-floor bedroom has two queen and two twin beds. Guest access Self-check-in with electronic lock codes, to ensure safety for all guests. There is a driveway off of the street leading to a large parking area behind the house. Neighborhood is well lit and walkable to restaurants, bars, and attractions. Easy 5 minute Uber/Lyft ride to downtown bars and restaurants.
