Holiday home in the dunes of Vrouwenpolder

Barefoot from your holiday home, cross the dune crossing and you are on the beach. That is possible here at Hosa Semna. Hosa Semna is one of the first houses built in the beautiful dune area of Vrouwenpolder. By now, Breezand has become a popular tourist spot where holidaymakers love to return every year. The location of this 6-8 person holiday home is perfect. Both the North Sea beach and the cosy centre of Vrouwenpolder with its shops and terraces are within walking distance. Energylabel: F The space The house has a cosy living room with fireplace, with access to the covered terrace. There is a closed kitchen. On the ground floor there are two bathrooms with shower and sink, a sauna and a bedroom with two single beds. Upstairs there are 4 more bedrooms and a toilet. The bedrooms are divided as follows: 2 rooms with a built-in bed (single), 1 room with two single beds and 1 room with a double bed (160 cm wide). The house has an authentic look and fits nicely into its natural surroundings. It is not super-modern or super-deluxe, but the homely atmosphere gives the ultimate holiday feeling you immediately feel when you step inside. There is a sauna. Dog allowed, maximum 1. Cot and highchair available as standard. Guests can use a beach house on the beach of Vrouwenpolder in summer (May/June/July/August)(free of charge). Other things to note For the first day there is a welcome bag that contains coffee, tea and toilet paper. For the remaining days guests will have to provide those items themselves. Beds are made and towels/ tea towels are clean and ready to use. Due to fire hazard of the dunes, there will be no barbecue. Waste There is a tag/key fob attached to your key ring. You can use this to open the bin located on the left-hand side of the street. We ask that you separate your waste, placing organic waste in the green bin and general waste in the general waste bin. Please collect as much general waste as possible and dispose of it at the end of your holiday. Waste disposal costs have risen significantly, and owners are charged high fees per collection for general waste. You can dispose of your empty bottles and jars in the glass recycling bin at the PLUS supermarket in the centre of Vrouwenpolder.
