Splendid rooftop terrace in the heart of village

This comfortable newly-renovated house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. Relax on the splendid rooftop terrace and enjoy the views of the Mediterranean and village. The space Every effort has been made to make the house sustainable, including heat pumps, double glazing (except in the living room where an old chestnut wood window has been restored), and waste sorting. Duvet covers and pillowcases are 100% linen and sheets 100% cotton. Duvets and cushions are made of down and feather (with alternatives for those who are allergic). We wash with Marseille soap based on olive oil. Weather permitting, we hang the washing outside to dry. Soaps and shampoo are made locally from olive oil. Attention has been paid to every detail in the interior and exterior design. Daily housekeeping can be provided. Guest access Guests access the whole house except for the garage that is used for storage. Other things to note The house has three floors. The two principal bedrooms have air-conditioning. As the ground floor, with the living room and third bedroom, is naturally cooler, there is no need for air conditioning there.
