It also has a very large terrace with garden furniture for enjoying time outdoors. Note: This apartment can be rented with the ground floor apartment in order to have the entire building private for conferences or events, with access to the terrace for both apartments. The apartment is located just a few minutes' walk from the train station, making it easy for you to get around. You will also be close to restaurants, cafes, boutiques (Rue d'Antibes), and shops, allowing you to easily discover local cuisine and go shopping. The beach and the Palais des Festivals are also within walking distance, perfect for those who want to enjoy the sun and cultural events.
