The Marfa Studios building is a newly constructed home close to everything in town. Three unique studio spaces for 6 guests. Three beds, three baths, and three separate entrances. Come together for dinners and enjoy lounging near the pool or the interior fireplace. The space 'The Marfa Studio House' is an entire house made up of three separate spaces: The Living Studio, The Library Studio & The Guest Studio. POOL/OUTDOOR: This space features a private soaking pool available March-November each year. Enjoy a private enclosed outdoor seating area and lounge chairs. Each space has a private entrance with privacy wall for enjoying the outdoors. KITCHEN: The main 'Living Studio' features a full kitchen with stove top range, oven and fridge. Utensils, glassware, dishes pots and pans available for use. Complimentary local ground coffee provided in each space along with pour-over drip carafes. Enjoy dinners with seating for six. The additional two spaces have kitchenettes featuring a mini fridge and toaster oven in each. LIVING: Cozy up around the fire with friends. The sofa in main living doubles as two additional sleeping spaces. Please check photos for arrangements. Two additional pillows available in closet. Sofa does not fold down. There are two comfy lounge chairs across from sofa to enjoy conversation around the fire with friends. The 'Library' studio features a vintage wood burning stove, seating for two and a large table to enjoy books and working. The 'Guest' studio is quiet to work discreetly in the desk space or bring your mat and enjoy some yoga. BEDROOMS: King-size beds in 'Living' space studio, as well as the Guest studio. The Library's studio features a low-profile queen-size bed tucked in the corner that can double as a large daybed. Each unit has a closet space for hanging clothes. BATHROOM: Standing shower with toilet and vanity in each space. ESSENTIALS: All basic essentials are provided during your stay. Clean sheets, pillows, towels, shampoo/conditioner, hand wash, body wash, dish detergents, toilet paper and paper towels. Local ground coffee is provided as well. WIFI: Starlink internet available for working. PETS: As we do allow pets we ask that you limit to two pets per stay. Please add pets to your stay under "Guest Total". An additional pet cleaning fee will be assessed. AIR: Central heating and cooling throughout.
