Include Water, electricity and high Speed internet. The space This Apartment is on the second floor, you have to use staircase. Other things to note We don’t charge downpayments, but Guests are fully financially responsible for things they broke or damage in the apartment. Please be fair when this happened and communicate it to host. Don’t leave it as a suprise after you check out. For the use of communal wasmachine ( wasmachine & Clothing rack), there is an extra charge of xcg.100 for 2 weeks, based on a schedule that give you 3 days per week, chance to use the washmachine.
