La Villa Alamanda is one of two wooden houses located in a lavish and peaceful tropical garden in the upscale residential neighborhood of Convenance, in Baie-Mahault. The space The villa is well suited for professionals, families or couples. Fully furnished with state of the art kitchen and bathroom appliances, you can count on high speed internet, cable TV/Netflix, as well as a water tank in case of water shortages, which are common on the island. - 3 bedrooms (w/ Air condition) - 2 bathrooms - Appliances: dishwasher, oven, microwave, water kettle, expresso machine, washing machine, toaster - High speed internet - Cable TV and Netflix - We speak English - Car rentals, house cleaning, and dry cleaning services available upon request (extra charges apply) - Private parking - Motorized gate Guest access Check-in is done with your host, you will do a quick tour of the place before getting the keys and remote for the gate. Guests have full private access to all areas of the house and front deck. The garden is shared between the two villas. Please note that there is no unobstructed view or vis-à-vis between the villas. Each villa has its private secure parking space (1 car). Guests can also park outside alongside the property fence (2 extra car max).
