You will love this old hunting lodge with its typical Périgord roof and its raised terrace overlooking the pool and offering a breathtaking view of the surrounding nature. The house will be a haven of peace and relaxation around the beautiful pool. Fishing enthusiasts will have at their disposal a small pond 1 km away. The space Restored and decorated in the purest peasant tradition, the house will be the starting point for many visits or a place to rest by the pool. The farm buildings, stables and attics have been preserved and rehabilitated. Fishing enthusiasts can meet around the pond available to them (800 m). You have: a beautiful swimming pool (9 m x 5 m) equipped with sun loungers and parasols (alarm + fence). a covered terrace with wooden garden furniture. a landscaped enclosed garden (barbecue, swings, petanque court). From the garden, a small stone staircase allows you to access the covered terrace that offers beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. A bathroom with toilet completes the whole. A second staircase allows access to the floor where you will find, arranged under the old frame, a first bedroom with 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90 as well as a second bedroom with 1 bed 140.
