(((((( DESCRIPTION )))))) The space { Private room (1 person) in a safe secure gated complex } _______________________ *** Amenities and connection : there are excellent public transport connections to the centre and the airport. 5 bus routes + the tram stop are 5 minutes walking away. - City centre: 5km great link to the city & its attractions.  20 minutes to the city centre by light rail tram (Luas) redline and 25 Minutes or more (depends on traffic) by bus. - 17 Min - 30 Min Max (depending on location) by transport to the most popular Streets to visit in Dublin: - Dame St - Temple Bar. - Grafton St - St stephen green. - Mary St and Henry St. - The Spire/ O'Connell St/O'Connell bridge. - Trinity College and College Green. -Phoenix park 12 min by taxi (around €12). - Dublin Airport : It's easy to get from/to the airport as the airport bus is just 2 stops by tram from/to the apartment and Vice Versa. - Big grocery shops (Aldi, Lidl and SuperValu and Centra shop) are 5-10 minutes walk away from the apartment, also Pubs, restaurants takeaways. ________________________ *** The Space : the space is fully set up to offer a perfect base for someone to set themselves up for a temporary period. - This double bedroom in a safe secure gated complex, along with WiFi, hot power shower available all day long, fresh linen, towels, and complementary toiletries provided ( shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, and toilet tissue). the bathroom is shared between 2 rooms only. you have your private en-suite lockable access door to it and another door is in the corridor for the guests. - No kitchen available but inside the rooms there is a kitchenette (mini fridge, microwave, kettle, glasses, cups, plates, cutlery, some tea & coffee, a small portable electric pan/hot pot (FOR LIGHT & QUICK USE ONLY so please no smelly food). there is also a folding tray table & chairs and a 2 seater sofa. - Washing/drying service available for €10 per use. ________________________ *** Guest access : The booking will be for the room only and there are no common spaces other than the entrance to the property and the bathroom. ________________________ *** House rules :  1. Suitable for people between 18 and 50s. 2. Respect the quiet hours from 22:00 to 8:00. 3. No unregistered guests /visitors allowed. 4. Take extra care of your keys/fob. If lost, a €200 fee will apply. 5. Damage or missing item will be reported to Airbnb and billed to guests. 6. As I don't charge any cleaning fee, please leave the room/bathroom clean and tidy as possible (leave the bed as it is, but clean anything you used and take your rubbish out). ________________________ *** Other Notes : Check-in starts from 17:30 (5:30pm). Check-out anytime until 12 pm (noon). Please notice there is No possibility to check in before 17:30 or check out later than 12 noon. but if required you can store your luggage before the check in time or after the check out time.
