The apartment is located at number 55 and is 500 meters from the San Giovanni di Como station, 650 meters from the lake and 750 meters from the beginning of the walls of the historic center. Entering from the entrance you find yourself in the small room with kitchen equipped with everything you need: Induction hob, toaster, electric kettle, toaster oven, coffee machine and any other equipment to prepare a simple breakfast / meal. In this space you will also find a table with 4 chairs, smart TV, 2-seater sofa. The sleeping area is independent and separated from the living area by a small hallway. The double bedroom features a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and an armchair. Then there is an independent bathroom equipped with WC, sink, bidet and tub/shower. A hairdryer is available. The apartment has double exposure and two balconies which make it bright and fresh. Sheets and towels are provided on site. wifi available. Guest access Guests will have the entire apartment and the two balconies at their disposal.
