From the hall at the entrance there is direct access to a spacious toilet with fountain. You enter the spacious living room through a glass door. Here is a lounge area and a dining area with a large table for 8 people. The entire ground floor and the upstairs bathroom have underfloor heating. The bathroom has a double sink and spacious shower with rain shower. The bedroom has a double bed and is equipped with air conditioning (including heating function). The house is very close to Utrecht. The city can be reached within 5 minutes by car, by bicycle within 15 minutes and by public transport within 15 minutes. Bus stop is only 100 meters away from our house. The bus, which runs every 15 minutes, takes you directly to the city center or to the central station, so you can explore the rest of the Netherlands. There are several beautiful wooded walking areas in the immediate vicinity of the house. Guest access Except for a small room and the attic, you have the entire house to yourself.
