Bedroom 1, suite with queen bed, Bedroom 2, double bed and single bed. It also has 2 extra mattresses available for the large and comfortable living room. The house accommodates 5 adults, 4 adults and 3 children, or 5 adults and 2 children, with a maximum of 7 people. The kitchen is super well-equipped and modern, containing everything you need to make delicious meals. Between the kitchen and the living room there is a beautiful and charming wood-burning stove that also serves as a fireplace to ensure the cozy warmth of the fire in winter. All rooms are also equipped with hot and cold air conditioning. Outside there is a large covered terrace with an attractive and charming barbecue grill, as well as a large and beautiful araucaria table where families and friends can socialize while enjoying a delicious barbecue. The entire house is surrounded by balconies and decks that lead us to the beautiful, charming and inspiring gardens, cared for with great affection and care. Situated in an area of 27 hectares, the property also contains a kiosk with a barbecue next to a beautiful and placid lake where you can do sport fishing and children can interact with peacocks, ducks, chickens, lambs and calves. Further down we have a beautiful and refreshing stream for the summer months with small waterfalls flanked by the lush forest of the mountain slopes. We also have 3 charming 2-bedroom chalets on the same property, each amidst the araucaria trees, and the entire property can accommodate about 20 people with comfort, safety and well-being.
