Ali Sands is allotted space for up to 3 vehicles. The driveway is private but shared, and parking is uncovered. The area is spacious enough to accommodate vans. Please note that the parking area is near the barangay road, and from there, it’s a short 2-minute walk on sand to reach the house since we are beachfront. Other things to note Pls be advised of the ff house rules: 1. Smoking inside the rooms is stictly prohibited 2. Our caretakers are available to help you from 8am-10pm 3. Karaoke and the use of speakers are permitted only until 10:00 PM. Please be mindful of the volume to show consideration for our neighbors. Noise should be minimized after 10:00 PM, with a strict cutoff at 12:00 midnight. This is in compliance with our barangay ordinance and country wide policy. 4. We don't provide towels due to hygienic reasons. 5. A maximum of 3 pets is allowed, with a charge of ₱500 per pet per stay. 6. Pets are NOT allowed to swim in the pool & sleep in the beds. Please clean up after them. Gentle reminder, pls do not swim in the pool if you have any open wound in your body. *We also require a security deposit of ₱2,000 (to be paid in cash before check-in at the resort). ========== Important Reminders for your Stay. >Please follow proper waste disposal practices and help us maintain the beauty of the area. >We provide liquid soap, shampoo, and conditioner for your convenience. Note: Towels are not provided for hygienic reasons, so please bring your own. >Swimming in the beach area is allowed only until 6:00 PM, as it becomes unsafe after this time. Night swimming at the beach is strictly prohibited for your safety. >Noise and Music: Videoke is allowed until 10:00 PM only. Afterward, please lower the volume of music or noise to respect other guests. >Smoking: Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. >You may encounter stray cats and dogs around the property. We kindly ask you not to feed them to avoid any potential issues. Disclaimer: Ali Sands is not liable for any incidents involving bites or scratches from stray animals. >Resort property damages due to negligence or lost/stolen items shall be charged to the customer. >Proper swimming attire is required. Children must be supervised by a parent or an adult companion. The owner will not be liable for any untoward incidents if left unattended. >Guests may stay and relax at the beachfront without a time limit; however, noise must be minimized after 10PM in accordance with barangay regulations. The owner is not liable for any untoward incidents. >The owner reserves the right to decline or ask customers to leave if they fail to comply with resort rules and regulations. >Please turn off air conditioning, lights, and electric fans when not in use.
