Please update us in advance if you have any request. ★ Late Check-out Fee: Rm50 will be charged if check out before 1PM ★ STRICTLY NO illegal activities are allowed in the apartment. Necessary actions will be taken and booking cancellation without refund. ★ Unacknowledged Parties & Events Penalty: MYR200 ★ Smoking Penalty: MYR200 ★ Lost Card or Key Penalty: MYR200 ★ Unexpected Extra Cleaning Penalty: MYR100 ★ Pets are strictly not allowed. Penalty applies for extra cleaning or damages. ★ Item Damaged / Dirty Stain: Charges applies based on the condition of the item, including bedsheet linen, pillow case, blanket if found have dirty stain. ★ Item Missing: Charges applied based on the value of the item. ★ Building Quiet Hours: 10PM to 8AM ★ Turn off all electric appliances when are not in used (except WiFi devices and fridge) ★ Let the furniture stay where they belong. DO NOT rearrange the furniture for any purpose. ★ Take the garbage out when it's full, throw the garbage bag into garbage bin room on the same floor, and clean the dishes after using them. ★ Lost and Found: we are not responsible for any item that is left behind the unit after check out.
