The apartment is furnished to a very high standard and features a comfortable 1.40 m queen-size bed, a smart TV, and a fully equipped fitted kitchen with a ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and everything else you need. You can store your clothes in the spacious closet during your stay. This studio also has a work area with high-speed WiFi and LAN—ideal for working from home. The modern bathroom has a shower, so you can enjoy your first moment of wellness in the morning. Of course, we provide fresh towels and bathroom essentials. You can optionally book a parking space for €3/night. The studio is cleaned weekly or fortnightly at an additional cost, including a change of bed linen and towels. The minimum stay is 1 night. You are also welcome to rent this apartment for several months on a long-term basis. We look forward to seeing you! Guest access The key chip is stored in a key box attached to the right side of the mailboxes in front of the building entrance. It has the same number as your apartment. You will receive the code at 3 p.m. on the day of arrival after you have checked in online using the BRIGHT guest app. If you have booked an early check-in in the app, the code will be activated at that time. Your apartment is on the ground floor. It has the apartment number 1 (left front door) or 002-007 (front door with large window front). There is a helloYOU apartments sign on both front doors. Other things to note The trash cans for residual waste, paper waste, and yellow bags are located in the fenced-in area in front of the building entrance. Please ensure that trash is disposed of correctly, otherwise the trash cans will not be emptied. Extra services: - Late CheckOut is bookable for an extra charge depending on availability - We also offer cleaning services during your stay for an extra charge. BEFORE check-in you MUST fill out a registration form, otherwise you will not be able to move into the apartment. This is required by the German registration law, which we must adhere to.
