Bank transfer payment only Pets: We are delighted to welcome small pets to our property, with a pet fee applicable per pet. Pet should also not exceed 14 inches at the shoulder or 20lbs when fully grown. Pets must be leashed at all times and not be left unattended. In every entry on the common areas and in the suite the pet should always be in diaper. Pets are not permitted at swimming pool and areas in the suite like beds. Violation of Pet Policy will be penalized amounting Php 15,000. Other Instructions: We highly recommend and encourage our guests to refer to the house manual for comprehensive instructions and guidelines. Lost Items: To ensure a smooth experience for all our guests and maintain our cleaning schedules, we follow specific protocols for handling lost items. Unforeseen Building/Condominium Issues: Please be aware that while we strive to provide a seamless experience, unforeseen issues affecting the entire building or condominium can occur. These situations are rare and beyond our control. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and understand that such scenarios may arise. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated. IMPORTANT: By confirming your reservation, you understand and agree that the host, caretaker and owner are not responsible for any injuries that may happen during your stay using any of the amenities. CHANGING OF DATES / REBOOKING: We allow changing of dates ONCE ONLY and with additional fee of 400 or the price on airbnb whichever is higher. and change should be atleast 7 days prior to check in. Otherwise, it will be declined and we will follow airbnb cancellation policy REMINDER Standard check-in time is 2 PM. This allows our housekeeping team to prepare the unit thoroughly for your arrival, ensuring everything is clean and ready. Early check-in is NOT possible. However, please understand that if you choose to check in before 2 PM with or without approval, the unit may not be fully prepared yet. Cleaning and final touches might still be underway, potentially causing minor disruptions. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and accept this policy. Additionally, you agree that if you choose to check in early, you will not hold the host, housekeeper, or Airbnb responsible for any inconveniences arising from an incomplete setup. NOTES FOR BRINGING PET We know your pets are part of the family, and we're happy to have them join you. Just a heads-up that we have a few house rules to ensure everyone enjoys their stay. 1. Bedrooms and couches are off-limits for pets. 2. Please bring your own pet bed or crate. 3. A pet fee per pet will be applied. SECURITY AND SAFETY CONCERN: Upon booking, you are required to provide the complete names of all guests and present valid identification at the main gate for verification. This is a necessary measure to ensure the safety and security of tenants, residents, and other guests. NOTE: Currently, Taal Volcano is at Alert Level 1, indicating low-level unrest. This status has remained unchanged for a considerable period of time. However, should the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (DOST-PHIVOLCS) raise the alert level, and Tagaytay City is subsequently closed to the public/tourist, we will gladly offer a full refund for your reservation - given that airbnb won't penalize us as penalty will be atleast x2 of reservation cost paid by the guest. Until such an event occurs, Airbnb cancellation policy will apply.
