house with garden, pedestrian street

A real haven of peace, our house is ideally located, close to transport serving Paris and Disneyland. It is located in a very nice area between Montreuil and Vincennes, close to the castle and the Bois de Vincennes. The house is quiet in a pedestrian street, and its garden, facing south, is very pleasant. This is our main house, so it will provide you with all the comforts and amenities you need for a pleasant stay. The space On the ground floor, a large main room serving the kitchen and garden. On the 1st floor there is a bedroom overlooking the garden with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, and another bedroom on two levels (double bed downstairs and children's bedroom upstairs with a single bed and possibility of an extra bed.) Please note that the children's floor is open to the downstairs space. In the basement there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Garden furniture is at your disposal. Tables and chairs, deckchairs. We are often told that our house looks like a boat, we have been traveling there for 15 years and have installed many of our treasures collected over our adventures. 8 minutes away, metro Berault line 1 (direct Bastille, Le marais, Hôtel de Ville, Le Louvre, Concorde...) and metro Robespierre line 9 (direct République, department stores, Trocadéro...). 7 minutes from the RER A (direct to the center of Paris and Disneyland). The house is very accessible from Parisian stations and airports.
