Your flat is 1300 square feet with two bedrooms and one bath, living room with bed/ trundle, sunporch, large deck with views of the park and river, fully equipped kitchen with river view, dining room with street views. Large yard with 2 firepits, propane and charcoal grills and comfortable lawn furniture. Guest access Private First floor, front yard and porch, backyard and laundry room. Other things to note While close to downtown Kankakee, this is a country-like house with all the amenities. Dishware, cooking and baking utensils, fine indoor dishes and outdoor plastic ware.
