In a traditional Parisian building, it is 30 square meters with an individual kitchen, bathroom and entrance, on the fourth floor ( no elevator) next to park de Belleville and close to Buttes Chaumont. It is situated in a lively young artistic neighborhood with a big choice of various restaurants, cafes, bars, shops. It is centrally situated with simple metro or bus access to any site. A great neighborhood you will enjoy discovering walking. The space There's an entrance with a door to the studio and another one leading to the bathroom (with shower and bathtub). The studio is basically divided in two with a dining room area and a working space. The other area has a double bed with a chest of drawers. The studio opens to a small kitchen Guest access You are at home with your own entrance, feel free to use the spaces. There is one room in the back that is used for storage and remains closed. Other things to note The building is quiet. better to avoid making noise after 11pm. The garbage containers are downstairs with one container yellow top dedicated to paper cardboard and plastic and the others for trash previously put into plastic bags.
